Silicone processing aid BZPP001 is an ultra-high molecular weight silicone masterbatch with PP as a carrier, specially used to improve the scratch resistance of PP and PP-compatible systems.


[Performance characteristics]

1. Improve plastic processing fluidity and release performance; reduce torque, reduce equipment wear, easy mold filling, and reduce product defect rate.

2. Obviously reduce the friction coefficient, improve the slip performance, improve the surface gloss, enhance the surface silk touch, and improve the wear resistance and scratch resistance.

3. Improve flame-retardant performance, reduce smoke density, and improve the impact strength and surface gloss of flame-retardant materials.

4. It has good stability and non-migration.


[Usage method] After mixing BZPP001 and its compatible resin in proportion, it can be directly molded or granulated.


[Recommended addition amount] When the addition amount is 0.5%—2.0%, it can improve the processability, fluidity and mold support of the product; when the addition amount is 1.0%—5.0%, it can improve the surface properties of the product (smooth Performance, finish, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, etc.). When used for wear resistance, add 2%-5%, the abrasion can be reduced by 30%-80%.


[Typical application] Add about 3% to PP material for automotive interior decoration, the material has good scratch resistance. Add 2%-5% to TPE electronic wire, the wire has excellent smoothness and scratch resistance.
