Glass fiber sandwich composite felt is made of 1-3 layers of chopped cut layer, checkered cloth, multi-axial fabric and other glass fiber layers and PP diversion layer stitched together. The conventional specifications of glass fiber layer are chopped cut layer, checkered cloth or 0°/90°stitched fabric (600g, 800g), the conventional specifications of PP diversion layer are 180g and 250g. The product can reduce layering, improve production efficiency; improve resin fluidity, reduce curing time; enhance the strength and thickness of the finished product.
The products are mainly used in wind energy components, rail transit, automobile components, yachts and other fields.
